Kansalaisuuskoe.com is operated by Testrada Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. We provide online tools for preparing for Finland's citizenship test. We have no affiliation with the Finnish state, Migri, or any other public authority.

What data we collect

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We also store your practice results and progress data.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see, store or access your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

• SMTP2GO — transactional emails

We never sell your personal data.

Kansalaisuuskoe.com is a preparation tool for Finland's upcoming citizenship test. We provide practice questions, simulations and progress tools based on officially published curriculum content.

We do not guarantee specific test results. Our platform is intended solely as preparation.

Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for personal use — sharing account credentials is not permitted.

Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the purchased product. Prices are stated in euros (EUR).

Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, simulations and design — belongs to Testrada Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any content from the platform.

Limitation of liability

Kansalaisuuskoe.com is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific test results and are not responsible for any losses arising from use of our platform.

Refund Policy

Digital content and right of withdrawal

The product you purchase is digital content (immediate access to the online training platform), delivered instantly upon payment.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content lapses when the consumer has explicitly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By confirming your purchase you provide this consent.

No refunds after activation

Once access to the platform has been granted — typically within seconds of payment — the payment cannot be refunded.

This applies regardless of whether:

• you have logged in or not,
• you have used any tests or training material,
• you intend to use the platform at a later date,
• you pass the official citizenship test or not.

Exception: access never delivered

A refund may only be considered if access was never delivered due to a technical fault on our side, and you contact us in writing within a reasonable time after purchase.

The following do not constitute grounds for a refund:

• incorrect email address entered at checkout,
• lack of access to your own email account,
• personal dissatisfaction with content, difficulty level or result,
• change of plans, needs or preferences.

Google Ads

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This pixel is only set on the payment confirmation page after a completed purchase.
